Look at amount of grizzles for sale in the auctions not gonna rubbish them but if members can tell us about the ones topping feds in there areas be great ,,I see the Internet sellers win with them but they change there pants each season to what's in fashion 2 yrs back was cheq white flights best kittles now its blizzard king kittles and grizzle, but here in local clubs n feds iv not heard of any grizzle ripping the results to bits each week.

That’s about the odds Anthony, the majority of birds are blues, Cheqs or reds that’s why the majority of winners Are from those groups there are people that for commercial reasons breed to colour type but it’s up to us to be smart enough to realise that

I love reds meleys and odd grizzle in team for my youngest son but here with falcons they are harder to keep for some reason each Yr I'm left with smokey blues ,blues ,cheqs ,and darks odd red or meley makes it but not many now days .

The falcon and goshawk took all the whites and grizzles first then reds etc
Once there gone on to the other colours
So I guess the colours were easy to fix on and the darks harder
But when the colours were gone they took the cheqs and darks

I just don’t have Grizzles as I can’t stick them they remind me of plodders that blokes had who won nothing when I was a kid just old distance birds sprinting and getting smashed each week against the then modern day sprinter
So it’s in my head from about 13 years old it doesn’t make me right but it’s not going to change what I like to see each morning
Now I couldn’t open the loft and see a load of them looking at me be like I took up tippler flying

I get why others who like fashion etc go for them as that’s what people do and always have
I like my darks to look at each season there less n less colour in team now 90 percent are blues cheqs darks.

Mike there ya pals 2 yrs ago they was winning with best kittles 2 yrs before that kittles there out standing flyers in outstanding locations when weather is on there side they dominate the results, there top outfit but change there birds regularly to keep what's in fashion,,
I could not give 2 fuxks about lofts like this
I go to graft to earn money pigeons are a passion I'm not interested in pulling the customers pants down each winter at auction fair play to lads that get away with it there's plenty of idiots out there buying these birds I won't be one of them ,,

Iv seen odd shalie n odd mosiac but can count one one hand in 20 years.
Ant I'd say that over 85% of pigeons raced are blue or cheq. Is it any wonder that those two colours produce the majority of the winners? And your right you don't see many chocs or yellows at marking and very few ever win because very few get raced. Grizzles are more common and have been winning races for many years, there even more common since the kittles arrived. A fancier local to me had a decent yellow years ago it won many cards over the channel. There was a post on chat where somebody said that near white pigeons never win, but I could name 3 that have won 1st Open NFC.

Got nothing against grizzles pal but no there's no grizzles ,I had a brilliant breeder a dark cock off van d brand super grizzle lol
Just you must admit the amount of grizzles in auctions n blizzard this super blizzard that n all 99.9 percent useless I don't see the lads in belaer racing these birds n racing them now in tour of Belgium gambling for 30,000 euros a race these are bred marketed for foreign fanciers us idiots in uk usa China n so on ,,the sprint flyers in the villages in Belgium ain't buying them.

The performances would be paramount, and a pigeons colour and eye (for instance) would have zero influence on me
I agree a good pigeon can't be a bad colour just like a dog ,but fuk me there's so bollix on these auctions with these grizzles n names .
