Anthony, what's your thinking with Salgen against say Samo PT, I expect you've tried other Paratyphoid vaccines over the year's, do some in your opinion have better results.
Hi pal used both ,the samo pt years ago use to really buckle the birds last time I used samo pt it wasn't as bad but you must use syringe and needle not vaccine gun if you use gun you will get bad lumps under the skin and will have to remove them with tweasers ok .
I like salgen now because it's 0.3 down the throat no needle used and every bird dosed correctly with out the fear of oil base lumps under the skin ok pal.

Hello Anthony, thanks for getting back to me, yes that's what I've been thinking, easier to drop the 0.3 down the throat than sticking another needle in the pigeons neck, I didn't realise about the lumps using a gun & getting problems later after a period of time to deal with. So do you still give them a course of say Baytril or something before hand for say 10 days.
