B12 orally or injectable we have divided opinions

So I've always used injectable b12 all my career, it delivers 100 percent into the system and we avoid interrupting the digestive tract, I personally don't believe I could achieve what I do without using it in injectable form as orally it's not the same thing imo and doesn't give the same response, we give b12 injections for muscle and immune system and the red blood cell count we want high! What's people's opinions on this? And has or does anyone do this? And if you don't give it a try

I use Bayer Catosal 100 ml,
