Its days like today that bother me the most and where probaly the inexperience comes through.
Up until a few hours ago it still wasn't certain if we are gonna race on sunday as planned or maybe saturday. That the race was only gonna be 150 miles because of the weather conditions was already known but anyways.
For my feeling sunday was the right choice looking at multiple weather forcasts on release point and here. But our flight control decided just a few hours ago that we are gonna race saturday instead.
Now for some that might not seem like a problem but i race with a strict plan. feeding and supplements exactly the same week in week out. I had prepared the birds for sunday and now im a day "behind" in my plan. its days like this where i start to struggle with what to do and what to adjust. I mean there isin't really much you can adjust i guess when you only get to know at 6pm that tomorrow is basketing day but yeah. It bothers me
Days like this
Races like this brings out the best in your management skills, everyone in the club or combine all thinking the same. So go over your feeding tasks, and then you have to make little adjustments. At this time of the week, you have to deal with it, just make the right choices. You and your dad will deal with it mate.Spieker-Loft wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2026 7:37 pm Its days like today that bother me the most and where probaly the inexperience comes through.
