Hi all,
I'm a pigeon fancier and the sole developer of Pigeon Racer (pigeonracer.co.uk) — a browser-based pigeon racing simulation I've been building solo for the last couple of years. It's getting close to launch and I'm looking for real fanciers to test it properly before I open the doors.
What it is:
Club racing across 7 countries (UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, USA, China) with international races between them
Full breeding system — pairings, eggs, weaning, bloodlines, mutation pairs
Stock loft, training, feed/vitamin/medication management, shop
Online features: auctions between players, bookmaker, leaderboards, profiles, forum,
Race day with live velocity weather, distance
What I need from testers:
Honest feedback — what feels wrong, what's missing,
Bug reports
Thoughts on balance, pacing, anything that breaks immersion
It's free to test. No payment, no email harvesting — just create an account and play. If you find something broken or stupid, tell me and I'll fix it.
Drop a comment or DM if you're up for it.
Cheers

How complex is it mate - not that I know much about them either but to simulate all those possibilities sounds as though it would be quite difficult.
If it is relatively straight forward I will happily give it a try but if I'm gonna be up til silly o clock trying to work it out, I will pass.

Winfort get on with them ybs leave playing games to you sorted them out![]()
Fortunately enough I can fit alot of reading time in whilst I'm at work, so I'm constantly looking at information even when not at the loft!

It's not too complex I don't think,I've made it as realistic as I possibly could there's a detailed how to and tutorial pop ups on every page and Il always be on hand to help out of anyone gets stuck we will also have a dedicated YouTube with detailed videos about everythingDiamond Dave wrote: Fri May 22, 2026 11:08 am How complex is it mate - not that I know much about them either but to simulate all those possibilities sounds as though it would be quite difficult.

You'll never ever create a game that is truly REALISTIC. Just way too many variables which can't be included into a game. But hey good luck trying.Oneloftchancer wrote: Fri May 22, 2026 10:17 am Hi all,
