Waste of time

Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

Have gone down the road of not tolerating pigeons that don't do want I want I can do without the stress. So a nest pair have been taken out of my ybs they've had a decent enough chance to show me something & I've had it in my mind that something wasn't quite right with them both .
I've tolerated pigeons before that have been useless but made the costly mistake of continuing, not anymore.

Yes called time on the pair today, eyes tell you a lot with what's going on with ybs, just didn't like the look how they developed know point in carrying dead wood that wouldn't make up to anything.

Do you think that people tolerate poor pigeons & carry on breeding or racing these & that's why some fancier's never move forward with taking pigeons out & poor racing results follow year on year.
Do you also think if you did go down the route of the sorting process throughout the season in your opinion do you think if done year on year this would change your race results by having a routine that you adhere to, I think Anthony said on Chat going back a while ago that if you followed this routine you'd be in a far better place with your team.

No Tony
I got plenty of pigeons to breed from so wouldn’t want two that can’t be arsed to race breeding
see what you mean Neil

The best pigeons you own Tony should be the ones in your Stock loft

They are your foundation - the ones you breed from. They are the cornerstone

That being that 99/100 an idiot will breed an idiot
