does he need one if we had to give products with only pigeons on the packaging we would all be getting ripped off

Never thought of mixing any oils with Apple cider vinegar
- Thought they would stay seperate and not mix very well.
I like to use Acv and some oils but never thought of mixing them together.

Is your thinking with the ACV on the feed over night more to let it soak into the grain & then fed in the morning, more of a stronger dose & good for the gut/ crop.
Where as if the ACV was in the drinker it would be a lot less, would that be because it's been diluted or would it be a reaction with the chlorine in the tap water.
