Can't really say I have ever taken any notice as long as the bird is fit and healthy

Do you never look at balance or pin tail breeding feathers, throat etc when bringing one in or when you select
No I only ever had birds from people I know, i handle and wing spread but that is about it

So what would you look for mate when you handle anything in particular that you like or don’t like
I don't look for anything in particular but do have a knack of picking decent birds from eyesight and just holding them
