I weaned 5 more babies day before yesterday.
Made a batch of veggies this morning and put a small bowl in the box with them. They think that's alright!
All part of getting them used to the system....

The blue bar in front is the first one out of the Zillion Baby that I got from D Cox back in November. It is a great youngster. Very good.
It's going to Melbourne to the OLR next Friday.

I'm having a wee bit of a problem. Pretty close to 50 years ago I was on a 2 year old racehorse which bucked me clean over his head and I landed on my right knee on the concrete. It made a bit of a mess of the knee, but I was back riding out the next morning. Things were a bit tougher back then.
The knee has never been any good and is like a box of loose Meccano bits now.
Today I've been in all sorts of pain and finally gave in and had some Codeine just a minute ago.
And that's the good knee.

Those old injuries catch up with you in time. I’ve broken both wrists over the years being kicked by cows. Took little notice at the time. Once had one put in plaster after a morning milking and milking with it in plaster again that afternoon. When the plaster was removed it was in a right state. Covered in cow shit strains

the nurse said you’ve obviously been using it

. Another time I didn’t bother even getting it put in plaster and was still playing water polo with it. Nowadays I do get a bit of trouble with them especially when writing as they keep clicking and jerking.

Yep, we thought we were tough. We were just stupid.

Missing half my right hand
Right collar bone 3 times
3 broken vertebrae
Dislocated hip
Two crook knees
Body full of arthritis from fractures.
And we still got up and went back to it!
Madness.
