Sounds rather excessive to me but as you know I don’t treat for anything. The only jab that mine ever get is the PMV one.
Every time you put a needle into them you risk infection, I know this from my farming days. But if it works for you Danny who am I to disagree.

@andy so I would agree on infection but we control that risk, but the benefits out weight the cons imo mate, do you get a lull in your birds after vaccination for 3 days they off? Try using it first time when you vaccinate and see the difference! Then try using it on just 2 birds from your team Monday Tuesday 0.2ml just under the skin angle towards tail, and review the difference in those birds if you don't see a difference I'll eat my hat

I don’t notice any difference in them just after vaccination but I do it during the winter months just after weaning the youngsters from the widowhood team so that they are all jabbed at the same time, old and young. That does them for the year.
I’ll give it some thought about the b12 Danny. Is it easy to obtain and where do you get all the syringes and needles from? I’m guessing you get through a lot of needles. I know with the PMV vaccination I use the same needle on a few birds but when farming I wouldn’t use the same needle twice on any of the cattle.

Yes we go through a lot of needles, but it's cheap and easy to get mate Bayer Catosal
100 ml and well worth using the difference is huge imo and why we spend so much time and effort using it

so is this to boost them up after a race at the weekend Monday Tuesday, & if you used the liquid b12 in the water what would be the difference between the 2 injectable over the being used in the water, what would you see 1 over the other.

B12 in water is nothing like using this night and day difference

Use it on half your team or a few birds and watch the difference @charlton

I’m having difficulty understanding why anyone would think this is necessary
I think human and avian physiology’s are being confused
I am aware of the need to provide folate to people with anaemia or strict vegans but Im at a loss to see why pigeons would need this particularly by way of intramuscular injections, or is it just me?

So it's not intramuscular it's neck just under the skin and the difference is massive affects so many things endurance and red blood cell production overall health and if you pushing intensive conditioning it's a must or they fall apart, but as they say proof is in the pudding and my results speak for my methods imo
