Great tip Danny that's opened my eyes a bit. with the birds I am getting soon, off 3 different fanciers, would you say when it comes to me breeding from them that I pair up the birds from the different breeders rather than keep to their own breed ?

As you’ll have very little idea about their ability Tony to keep this simple I would just let them pair however they want. After breeding next year and a few races you will get some idea on the ones that have bred the best. Then the following year you can select your pairings.
