Archer out of the rest of the series now too. He's been one of very few who can hold their head up.

I was once unfortunate enough to see England Vs Australia at Headingley opening was Boycott and Tavare just like watching paint dry

Should be 2-2 at the very least this series. Chuffed for them and the fans who have paid good money to go out there. I've 6 friends out there so happy they've something to shout about.

Such a disappointing series because I've no doubt England have the most talented batsman in their team. If we can have Bethell at 3 Root at 4 and Brook at 5 we'll beat them over here in 2027. Stokes will still be around too hopefully. Plus Archer and Tongue. The management have let the players down as much as anything in this series this was a great chance to beat them down there.

The very best at anything are those that make the least mistakes, and England are riddled with them throughout the batting, bowling and in the field.

There's a lot of talent, but their application and skill need to change to maximise the potential to their going to become a force to fear.
