North Liverpool fed at Wincanton.

Birds were liberated at 9-30 Didnt want to clear and about 300 still flying around at 10-20 doing a low sweep of the Three borders federation truck dont think they will be going home
We are very near to Wincanton race course where the birds would have been liberated, just over the hill from us in Wincanton High Street, no more than half a mile. Roxanna came down into the shop at 9.55 and said there were hundreds of pigeons flying around. They just didn’t have a clue where they were supposed to be going. At that time we had heavy cloud cover although dry. It wasn’t until mid afternoon that the cloud broke a bit. Hope they got home. In my opinion the weather was nowhere near good enough for a liberation.
There were liberations from there yesterday and they went well.
What a shame

Terrible, thankfully it doesn't happen that often, but you do wonder who makes these calls sometimes.
