The birds haven’t been out for a while and in this cold weather are certainly eating more. I decided to let them have a bit of exercise and let them out. I put the bath down also. They came out and had a good fly and a bath. They certainly didn’t seem to be bothered that the water was cold. After their bath most just laid out in the sun drying off for a while before going back into the loft.
2 days ago my neighbour let his have a bath they was lying on top of his loft when bang a female hawk took a cock off top

My birds did enjoy a nice fly and bath in the sleety rain we had this afternoon, they seem to prefer bathing on the colder days.
Good to see you not losing any now mate, yes strange how they prefer to bath in cold rather than warm weather
