What's your thoughts with AI being used to alter clocking race sheets by individual or partnership, also adjusted times using Ets systems when clocking in.
Your sheets are printed at the club, and it has a COPY the Original. What good would an AI false one be? The clocking sheet is printed off the CLOCK at the club and the times can't be changed. So again a false AI one is of no use.CHARLTON34 wrote: Mon Sep 28, 2026 4:24 pm What's your thoughts with AI being used to alter clocking race sheets by individual or partnership, also adjusted times using Ets systems when clocking in.
If anybody wants to cheat, it's easy to do without AI but requires 2 people. (I won't tell you how to do it, but it does not involve AI or tampering with the ETS system)

With King on this one, if the protocols are followed correctly, then there is not situations where it can be manipulated.
If a club was to not follow protocol, printing sheets at home etc, then you wouldn't even need Ai to alter the result print out!

Hi Dave, good to see you posting mate, hope all is well.
Yes AI is a bit of a worry for those of us who know nothing about it. Especially these types of ETS that are linked to the computers.
You raise a very interesting question.
If there is a way of cheating it won't be long before someone finds it.
Your question needs to be put to the manufacturers of all the different systems and guarantees given by them that the security of those systems can't be compromised by AI.
But to be honest, i wouldnt understand whatever answers they come up with anyway.

Yes Matt, protocol should be followed 100% correct in what you say, but when it's not with improbable velocity over a period of time, maybe over a few year's then I'm afraid it needs to be looked into, anyone cheating well that speaks for itself & shouldn't be tolerated whoever it is.Winfort Lofts wrote: Mon Sep 28, 2026 5:10 pm With King on this one, if the protocols are followed correctly, then there is not situations where it can be manipulated.

With out meaning to cause any undue alarm...
I have reason to change my mind about the risks of Ai and ETS systems.

Exactly Matt, that's why I started the topic off it's been going on with improbable velocity & altering the results sheets.Winfort Lofts wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2026 10:13 am With out meaning to cause any undue alarm...

AI has nothing to do with it. YOU CAN'T print or alter a result with AI. Any improbable velocity MUST involve 'cheating' the ETS system. ( and by this I mean by cheating a perfectly working system WITHOUT touching it) AI can't do this, but 2 people at marking can.CHARLTON34 wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2026 12:16 pmExactly Matt, that's why I started the topic off it's been going on with improbable velocity & altering the results sheets.Winfort Lofts wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2026 10:13 am With out meaning to cause any undue alarm...
