I think if the weather is good then looks like they will be road training at 22 miles, as long as the birds come back I'll be happy with that so they are there for the race at the weekend mateDevo1956 wrote: Tue Oct 13, 2026 7:42 pmIf it was me Tony loft fly only, but others may differ.Tony-P- wrote: Tue Oct 13, 2026 7:31 pmMy first bird home today wasn't that far behind the first few mate so big improvement and the 2nd bird was a bit behind but still improved from the last few training at 22 miles so things are looking good![]()

Birds where up again from the 22 Mile mark bit of a strange race as all of the birds where a bit slower today and my two, even though they got back fine are well down in the pecking order today.
They have a graph to show you the average birds race speed and what your birds did so the average race speed today was under 1000 Y/Min my first bird home was at 1165 Y/Min. home to race again
My 2nd bird home was 1158 Y/Min home to race again
587 Birds where Lib and at the time now there are 580 home so not to bad,
Birds where lib at 13:15pm the 1st bird home was 13:46 = 1233 Y/Min

Good to see yours back Tony, unless getting hit they shouldn't really be losing any from 22 miles I know other factors can be involved as well
Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud

i think there only 3 down now they might come tomorrow but I know what you mean Buster the birds have been at this point for 2 weeks nowBuster121 wrote: Wed Oct 14, 2026 8:36 pm Good to see yours back Tony, unless getting hit they shouldn't really be losing any from 22 miles I know other factors can be involved as well

Where’s that from Tony?Tony-P- wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2026 3:04 pm This weekends race has jumped to 75 miles so that should be good![]()
If the forecast is right they might struggle to do much after this weekend, supposed to be turning wetter and colder from midweek next week until the end of the month at present.
I'll find out tomorrow when they are basketing the birds it'll be live so I can ask them mateAndy wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2026 5:40 pmWhere’s that from Tony?Tony-P- wrote: Thu Oct 15, 2026 3:04 pm This weekends race has jumped to 75 miles so that should be good![]()
