I'm not sure how you would improve the forum, but there seems to be at times loads of people looking in for whatever reason & never joining, we've missed a trick here. I look in less now as there not a lot that's being discussed of much interest sorry to say that but that's how I feel.

Ideas for site revamp?
None taken Charlton34, I know now things in the pigeon world are slowing down with Race season over for most, but now things are moving forward to breeding season. For me it'll be my first one.
I do have 5 stock birds gifted to me 3 cocks 2 Hens and I put 3 nest pans in last week and 2 have paired up and are now on 2 eggs, I only did this just to see if any would pair up.

Just think the site has gone down, I can look in 20 seconds of looking in as to what's been post & I just come off because I know there nothing to keep me interested sorry to be blunt.
Yes I can post topic's & have done but to be onest the site just not engaging enough, there nothing that's being posted that holds me or even get me to post a reply.

Well, hopefully it will change now racing is more or less over.
The 3 lads that left the site were absolute authorities on anything pigeons and had incredible credentials to back it up. They helped everyone but the downside for them was that there was not enough ppl to discuss things at their level. So most of the conversation was among themselves and they tended to dominate the site.
Now though, with the likes of Danny and Leon, it might be a bit more attractive for them to come back.
But yes, it needs a lot more members to add to the diversity of the site and to keep it interesting.
I believe it has got better and will be more attractive for ppl looking in and to be absolutely honest, that is down to the personalities of the ppl currently on here.
I am however surprised that no one promoted the fantastic offer from Danny to try to pull new members in. I think the 'powers that be' missed a massive trick there, but don't even know who that would be down to.

Their is no point looking at the member couple most sign up then don’t post or join in simply because they forget or Facebook is where everyone’s at forums are a thing of the past but I like them because there more structured then Facebook and easier to find information, I have tryed to get People to join advertise in Facebook groups what’s app groups ect from racing to fancy.
Unless you can get the old big YouTube to mention the site or advertise maybe in the Pigeon mag ect we probably won’t grow pigeon basics was one of the largest pigeons forum they have like 20k members and I think i see 6 people post if your lucky and we rank higher in all search’s forum racing pigeons then they do
