That's great news, Tony.
They will love their new home, I'm sure. I have a feeling they are going to be a very well cared for bunch of youngsters.
Try not to worry too much, young pigeons are very resilient, you can't do them much harm. It they get a tiny bit too much feed or something it's not going to hurt them.
The fun begins!

Hi tony i would feed in a trough 35 grams is a guide. if they are trying to pull the laces out of your shoes a little more you dont want them heavy and sluggish cheers jack

hi if you get a metal one which twists it alters the sound and pitch plus volume of the whistle. If once a day about 30-35 grams a day if twice split it more in the evening say 10 grams breakfast cheers jack

Hi Tony, I hope you are having a lot of fun with your baby pigeons.

I never feed pigeons on the floor. I could spend an hour scraping a sweeping, it's still the floor.
I always feed them in trays or troughs, and clean them when they start looking a bit ordinary.
I'm not obsessive, but if you wonder if you would eat your dinner off it?

Very nice @leon yes we have 2 daughters blizzard king stock two cocks from king Arthur also my second fed last week is a hen from daughter blizzard son king Arthur I bred 8 3 are really good so far

Thats What my 2x1st fed winner yearling was from this year. The future and foundation of my loft is build on my son blizzard king kittel that i picked up january 2025. Luna snow is actually the first yb he ever bred in my loft.

well these birds are loving the aviary they have been out in it since 7am this morning enjoying the weather.
I'm off in there now to clean out and feed them I will lock them in the aviary while I clean out then call them in with the corn tin and my whistle see how it goes

Things went really well yesterday, I locked them in the aviary section while I cleaned out. they where all looking in the loft watching my every move.
Once cleaned and fresh water in, I got the corn & jug opened up the Aviary and shaking the corn and my whistle started calling them in putting some of the corn into the Trough. Still a bit stand off'ish the watched until One made the move and was in and down feeding that was the OK for the rest of them to come in.
all feeding as I whistled and shacking the corn, pouring the corn in bit by bit and stroking the birds as the fed some more confident than others until all the feed was in the trough, thought this was a good day and an improvement for the birds and me.
Same again later today before I start moving them on as I am going to build a wire run and basket the birds up putting them one end and getting them to come through the run to the trap / loft while calling them that'll be Monday I'll do this for the week before removing the wire run and see how the do then hopefully I will have my phone number rings on the birds by this time just in case the odd one fly's off
