@tony keep it simple grit always available and mineral block good sprint based mix electrolytes b12 injections or oral based you can't go far wrong mate
b12 injection not realy keeping simple its abit extreme and not many people doing it
Mmm,
50 years ago they were banging B12 and folic acid injections into racehorses. I was a small apprentice jockey and overheard them discussing it. Now they realise that folic acid is not folate, it's a chemical. And not a good one.
My best advice?
Don't.
That F2 is very close to racing exclusive no39 which i used when are fed went to Scotland. i have never used b12 i will have to read up about it cheers jack

@murray I don't know what b12 they was using but I couldn't do my job without injectable b12
so your saying you can't race pigeons without injecting with b12 ????? you inject into the breast tissue don't you the main muscle that makes the wings move can't be good long term

would you give the Pink and Black minerals to your Y/Bs
what are the benefits to giving it
I give all mine pink and black all year, I know some stop the black when damp but I just leave it in without any issues, cannot say what benefits they get but I know if I let it run out they go straight for it when I put more in
Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud
