What would be the consequences for individuals if they didn't pay their RPRA fees.
Do you know what happened to the ppl that refused to pay the levy last time round?

Yep. I guessed it would be a ball ache. Let's be honest king, none of that is gonna happen, its too much trouble for individuals, clubs and likely feds.
Like I said - the dinosaurs at RPRA wouldn't know what the word initiative meant. They have no interest in any change because it would affect the comfy lining of their individual nests.
Every single official should be ASHAMED of what's happening to our sport. If they are not party to the problems they are equally guilty for standing back and doing nothing to change anything.
