I agree, a good pigeon is often, not always but often, one that looks like a good pigeon. That indefinable thing called quality. It also handles like a good pigeon. But then you get one that has none of those things and still wins. But your chances have to be much, much better with a pigeon that has the right physique. All it needs then is the spirit and courage to go with it and you have a topper.
Saying it like that you could almost think it was easy. If only it was.
