Question for Buster.

Steve, can you tell me the how the formatting of the "Quick reply" works against that of the normal reply.
Is it timed or limited to so many words.....?
A couple of times I have been half way through typing a messg and it has disappeared before I have finished.

Sorry Dave cannot help on timings, but a couple times last week or so I have been doing some long replies and they never posted I had to sign back in and all was lost, I gave up in the end, quick reply is just the box to write and post, full editor gives you the emojis as well

Chris may have altered something when he did the updates last week when loads of us having difficulty signing in, sure he will reply when he sees the post, if not will nudge him later

Updates are done by the phpbb team nothing todo with me you just download the patch and uploaded the updated files.

As for quick replay it’s maybe for just that a sentence or 2.

And ofcourse if more then one person posts as the same time it will not send one of the persons messages which is annoying I always use full editor

Something new learned today, I know if two people post at same time you have to send it twice to get it to go
