I'm home. I spent all day waiting for someone to talk to me, which wasn't too bad, the Bendigo hospital is as modern as tomorrow and the staff are brilliant.
Mid afternoon a person who may have been a young doctor came and in around about way told me they don't know what's wrong with me but I can go home.
I smiled at her and told her that actually I couldn't. They rushed me off in an ambulance with no forward plan to get me home again.
So I had a ride home in a taxi, which will have cost Bendigo Health a few bob.
The taxi driver was an Indian, a lovely bloke. We chatted away about all sorts of things on the way back.
Catherine has looked after the birds perfectly, I just had to run the scraper over the perches and fill a couple of drinkers.
I'm not right, but I don't think there's anything seriously wrong. I'm just in a fair bit of pain. And pain is good. It's natures way of telling you to stop doing that, whatever it is. :D

Great news that your back home with Catherine and the pigeons Murray.
Hopefully the pain eases off for you soon and you feel a lot better for the race over the weekend.
Good luck with the birds is this your first Y/B race of the season Murray.

Thanks for the good wishes, fellas.
No, Most of them never noticed I was gone. The Billion Baby did though. She gave me a fair old telling off. Marching up and growling away. "And where do you think YOU"VE been?". :D
