i went to view my old loft today its in abit of a state i know its old now i think it needs a complete new floor and ofcourse its just covering in dust cobwebs and just grubby the paint work he did on the front is pealing off ect,

so it would need some work but i might say yes he wants £500 if i spent £500 fixing it up then i would still be saving money i might see if he would come down to say £300 - £400

he also said i could pay for it monthly if i wanted as he just wants it out the way.

i would have to cut it down and make it work for my space anyways so maybe if i do it right i could re use some of the wood to fix up damaged parts

By the sound of it. he should be glad to get rid of it, at the end of the day, he might have to pay for a skip. Think of that, if you are thinking of making him an offer.

Yes Chris, Id just offer to get it out of his way for nothing.
It will likely cost you a hundred quid to hire a van/wagon big enough to move it.to move it..
Its easy 2 days work to dismantle it load it and unload
iHe should be paying you to remove it.
You may even need to hire the van for 2 days if you are just doing it on your own.

also looking at a 8x6 pent shed also atm so i can hopefully have a couple of stock birds before xmas :) misses has also said yes to this woop lol
