I’ve always said that given time and testing them you could produce winners from strays.

Update shes moving about better now and shes eaten loads and also poo seems ok

Amazing what some feed water and rest dose :)

Yea, I did that for many years. Bred some pigeons that went alright too.
Then over the last 5 years or so I've had pigeons off really good ones. and people come here to buy them.
It's what your plans and outlook are, I suppose. When I was working and had a mortgage and never had any time or money I was grateful to have them.
Now I'm looking at the whole thing differently. My days are mine but I don't know how many I've got. I'm not so keen on things could possibly be okay. I want as many good ones a possible, now. :D
