I think this shows that there are so many ways to feed when racing!
I recently got the Nigel Cowood system, and the feeding method in that is blowing my mind!!

Yeah. Good vid that Dev. It gives a very general view of the all important principles of feeding for racing which are all detailed and outlined very clearly.
Nice one mate.

This year i went with 4 different mixes. but im gonna make things more simple next year and go down to 2 mixtures. Only things i really like is an additional fat resource towards the end of the week. Preferably peanuts. i use peeled sunflower seeds which are also great. As a little snack after the last meal of the day. in their boxes for extra motivation and bond to their boxDevo1956 wrote: Wed Jun 17, 2026 6:40 pm We have all different views on feeding, here is a video on a feeding system. To be honest Leon, I know you and your dad will be going through all the pro and cons of your feeding system. So it will be good to know of the outcome.Spieker-Loft wrote: Thu Jun 18, 2026 12:51 pmThis year i went with 4 different mixes. but im gonna make things more simple next year and go down to 2 mixtures.
