When have you guys enjoyed your best success at federation level ?
Have they been just loft flown ?
Road trained ?
Or a combination of both ?

I would say, a combination weather permitting.

I personally do very little training. My old birds had 5 short tosses before the first race and no more since racing started.
I will try to give my youngsters a few short tosses before racing starts.
