I use to worry about sun but since the peregrines I get best tosses on cloudy days think the birds are going low and fast n peregrines don't see them like they do on clear days either.NeilA wrote: Fri Mar 20, 2026 7:21 am Cloudy today but visibility around 17 miles which I think it good even in total cloud for training
Do members like to see sun or visibility more for training
I use to want to see the suns position in the sky even if it’s only just showing to I was told visibility matters more and since then I have followed that apart from the very early yb trainers when I like both

Probably could see something that you couldn't pal in the distanceNeilA wrote: Sun Mar 22, 2026 4:18 pm Hens pissed about clearing
Cocks smashed it
It was a rotten evening horrible watery sun
But the cocks didn’t care
Could the hens sense the cocks in the van
Maybe I need to cover or muffle noise
Cocks will go first tomorrow that’s for sure as it’s been hens first each time so I will swop that
Anyone got any other ideas why the hens turned crap after 3 tosses of a mile or close to mile a min trainers
