Looks like it will be a very short AGM only 6 propositions, no revolution attempt this year accounts only shown as a “snapshot” council meetings and travel expenses halved BHW wages down by £100k no notes to the accounts £12k miscellaneous no show costs, could they be in misc?

Its all 'SPIN' BB you only see the bits they want you to and I know you'll say different anyway.
With regard to any 'revolution' as you call it - It was a wholehearted opportunity for change which you and your fellow collaborators decided to ignore.
That opportunity has been missed now and there's no point in 'flogging a dead horse'. So the downward spiral continues but you and your mates dont give a shite anyway as long as they all get what they want.
ATB BB and Good luck to you for the coming season.

If memory serves the plethora of propositions last year were soundly defeated, that’s what happens when people can’t be bothered to elect and mandate delegates
I too hope you have a good 2026 DD

Hi What i dont understand why is it a summary of the accounts and not the full accounts. Also the editor of the Brittish Homing World as gone on Facebook and said he only got paid £44.000 not £56.623 so something seems a miss their straight away.cheers jack

I Think it’s not good enough either Jack how can members ask relevant questions without the full accounts being shown? Apparently councillors will be given the full accounts at the meeting imo they should not be accepted until such time as the members have had the opportunity of seeing the full accounts with regard to the Editor, could this figure include payments to the previous incumbent or could it include Mr Chambers car and pension?

All true to form gents.
East midlands couldnt even submit a set of accounts last year..... over several meetings.
The 'top table' blatantley sat there taking the piss out of anyone who had the gaul to ask questions about the accounts.!!!
None of them could lay straight in bed but you already know my opinion.

Without more detailed accounts it’s impossible to see, in the past there would notes to the accounts that exploded such items as “miscellaneous “
The recurring Blackpool show costs which covered councillors their spouses and invited guests accommodation and subsistence seem to have disappeared. To adopt these accounts without members being able to view and raise comments would be a travesty
