I personally would try turning off your internet router first for 5 mins and then putting it back on and see as this is the easiest step if your not tech savy

Hello Mike e-mailed me at 6.00 this morning, said he was on, then bombed him out, so the problem hasn't been sorted.

right who ever is having problems i restarted my router and everything is working fine for me now,
so try turning off your router at the wall for 5mins and switching it back on
