It's all down to the members,

Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

I'll admit that I'm not as experienced as many others on here so, I may not post a great deal, but am definitely reading along, trying to learn as much as I can!

I hope soon to introduce a new starter to the site who is really keen to get started. With regards to racing, I would be relying on you guys to help him out as I cant really mentor him other than with the basics in getting him started.

Devo, I wonder if it is because "its the busiest time of the year" that things arent quite so busy on the site.
Maybe those that are racing are pretty full on with training and ybs etc.

Yea, we all know about that.
I've been annoying people on here for donkey's years. But I have never said I am right, therefore everyone else is wrong.
That is what did it in the finish.
I'm an adult people can tell me I'm right or wrong whenever they want, falling out, not seeing eye to eye is all part of everyday life. And to be honest sometimes being told your wrong is far better than someone telling you your right even when you are wrong! We're not kids folk need to grow a pair if their that offended by someone telling them their wrong.

Here's one for you George. My Old 03 cock culled this year at 22 due to being very bad on his legs. Filled his eggs until he was 21.(pic taken when he was 11)

He never raced Dave. He spent his first 10 years at stock in Scotland where he bred winners. He came to me aged 11 and also bred winners. In my last ever YB race in 2018 from 117 miles which was a smash I only had 9/23 home on the day. All 5 sent from this cock were among the day birds. The same year my last ever winner was 1st club, 3rd Fed and was a grand-daughter off him.
Recent birds raced by others down from him include

4th NE, 116th BICC Open St Maixent-L-Ecole 402 miles 2023
10th Sec H, 108th Open NFC Tarbes 621 miles. 2023
61st Sec, 128th Open SNRPC Billericay 310 miles. 2023
9th Sec, 9th Open SNRPC Eastbourne 364 miles. 2023
