I don’t have any real experience of this. The roundabout seems the most used nowadays. One of the best fanciers that certainly used to do it and were old members on here were Steve & Paul Kulpa. We had a loft visit to theirs with a few forum members a few years back when they showed us their system, lofts and birds. They did also race widowhood cocks.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

I'm afraid its something I have no knowledge or experience of Andy, I've only ever raced natural.
I know fanciers do have great success flying celibate hens, and I've always said that a keen hen will beat most cocks. I'll be interested to hear if you pursue the method and how you get on with it.
All the best.
