I have always thought that secretaries need a medal, I think they need a bar as well.
As you say how they can determine wether or not all birds on the transporter are registered and all competitors have CPH numbers is beyond me, are they still insisting that Colombiformes can contract AI ? I suppose they must be

Hope all is well with you and your birds.
I believe that their thought process is that the pigeons can spread it. The vet (avian) told me that racers are unlikely to catch it but they do have the potential to carry it and spread it.
