Over the next week or so I will be going through the members list and anyone who has not been on since joining will be deleted

It does seem a bit strange, and frustrating when people bother to join but then don't log in again !! It is a shame that more members don't join in the chat but I guess some do probably read the topics without wanting to comment.

We can see when members have been on and yes some are on regularly but don’t post. They are fine. Hopefully at some point they might. The ones that Buster is referring too are those that we approve but then they never come on again. They may look in as a guest but they can do that even if not a registered members.

I agree that it seems odd that some would go to the trouble of requesting membership then not participate but are these taking up space? Why bother to delete them?

Nothing to do with posting or not mate, some folks join sites and just look around without ever posting that is fine, it is the ones that join and never come back onto the site ever again that will be deleted

A good forum will run well with active members, keeping the cogs turning. Then we have the Admin oiling the cogs looking after the maintenance. Its not about how many members we have, It is all about members being active. making the forum the place to visit. Just my own thoughts.

Agree mate but as I said folks who join and just come in and look around without posting are just as welcome as the ones that do post
