Not a good news!!! 😡😡😡😡

Barcelona
05-07-2024 CIF Statement

hello to all,

Yesterday a great event took place...

French conveyor was caught adding a product to the drinking water...

Immediately I was warned by the Chairman of the Belgian Sports Committee and the Belgian National President...

At this stage of the investigation, we don't know what product was distributed... the product will be analyzed...

The whole truck would have had this product (French contingent and a part of the Belgians)...

We decided to put the conveyor away immediately...

A thorough investigation will be carried out to determine whether this person acted alone, or at the behest of another individual...

It's a painful, painful matter for all the volunteers we are and lovers of our passion...

We fought to have a Frenchman present at every event, and such acts tarnish a whole job and discredit French Colombophilia...

We are waiting for the follow up, but it is likely that a complaint will be filed against this person in the coming days. I'm sure I'll summon this person and I'll ask Benoit to be present...

If other Colombophilia are responsible for this act, we need to know and ban them from our sport...

I also warned the Belgian leaders that we would withdraw French convoyers from the other upcoming trials.

As an amateur it was normal that you were advised and we want to be the most transparent in the follow-up of this case.

Good to you

Christophe...

How terrible hope it doesn't spoil the race and hard work done by birds and fanciers
Sadies Lofts home of decent birds just a useless loft manager, and now a confirmed loser but proud :D :D

The Dutch are masters at this late night / early morning racing

I was on 12hr nights last year watching them time in at 01:00, 02:00 and 03:00 in the Marseille race
These birds were having like 19 hrs plus on the wing

You might say ‘they have the terrain’ but very few birds are gallant enough to stick that time on the chin
