feeling better

no Trev thing is i feel really good now may try some salmon in a few days i'm eating bread and cake and other food with wheat flour something i have not eaten in over 40 years it's since the first lockdown that i become very ill with pain the one thing i've had every day since that is bottle water evian every day no other had it every day before then thinking now maybe since we left the eu i just don't know would have gulten free food then it just did not agree with me or so i thought maybe it was the water and i blamed the food i remember going to hospital one time as i was loosing a stone a day they got it down to half a stone a day and then it stopped and i went overweight by 5 stone have lost that now and my weight is about right now maybe also try a up of tea or coffee lol i'm also having sausages and burgers every day it's great

Good to see that you are being able to enjoy food again that you haven’t eaten for years George. Hopefully you can find out what it is that doesn’t agree with you but it’s a shame that you have to go through the pain finding out. If your happy with what your eating and drinking now I would be tempted to stick with that and not risk making yourself bad again.
