Two months ago my phone finally died on me. I had it for 12 years, samsung old school. I bought another for £7, a Nokia 2G. I don't want or need a smart phone. My phone battery lasts for 10 days or more, depending on my usage. Contract with BT for £5 month. This gives me 4 hrs of calls plus unlimited texts. :D

I think you probably even top our Mum with that one Buster mate   she's great, she sends you a text message and turns her phone off before you have time to reply
I have just had to change mine, also a Samsung that was about 10 years old. I have got another Samsung smart phone on contract (one of the cheaper ones) but I have to say most of what's on there I will never use or understand
