Regarding bic races and other organisations classic races etc that away from our club racing, what set up for ets do they use bricon or unikon?.
Does our personal ets system need to be the same for them to be able to use it?.

I know at my local club we all have to use bricon or a standard clock as cannot use Unikon as it's not compatible with there bricon system.

I have not got ets yet but will be at some point.
Thank you :D

We all use Bricon in our club. You can link the different system but you need the cables that link the different ones together. The marking station that you would use for the BICC would be same one as me at Radstock, they except all ETS systems there. Most of the marking stations for all the classics will take them all and certainly will take either the Bricon or Unikon.

Yes George, I have the Bricon. I got it in the middle of the youngbird season and used it for the last 3 races.

Just going to sort the lofts and birds out, then i am going to pick a Bricon ets system up, Our club will be using ets for the first time this year. So i am going to use this system, a lot less stress for the birds and myself.

At the bicc marking station in hull they did have both unikon and Bricon systems set up, it was very quick and easy to get the birds through.

Good luck with it Dev, I won't have one myself for some time yet but I'm sure it will make things much easier for you mate.

You’ll love it Mate when you get it going. Is that the one you were telling me about?

Yes Andy just got back, 25 rings with the system mate. I will order more rings and get my nephew to sort out the electrics for both lofts.
