I was given a T2 clock to test and am having a little problem. I would be very familiar with the setting of the T3 but this one is different.

When I open the clock with the drum in the START position (Red cell) and press the function key A the clock shows Time Set BUT when I close the 'Lock' the 'SET' disappears immediately off the face so I am unable to get a Time Set reading. Are they different from the T3's or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks lads.
You can never lose a homing pigeon - if it doesn't come back, all you have lost is a pigeon.

Sorry John can’t help. I have set many clocks over the years but don’t recall the T2. As Buster says not a lot on google about them. The only thing I did see is that they are set running.

I just read it off the pigeonbasics forum. But that was from back in 2009. Doesn’t say how to set it though. It suggests that they are just the older version of the T3. I must say that these were just coming in when I stopped racing and have been superseded by ETS in between time. So I’m not very well up on the setting of these. I can do all the older clocks with my eyes closed 😂😂😂.

Thanks again lads, I have Emailed Linnell looking for a manual specifically for the T2 as none of the doubting Thomases in our club will believe that these clocks are set running. I have been told that they had a short life and were quickly replaced by the more user friendly T3
