Drinkers frozen

All drinker in the lofts solid ice this morning, just cleaned them out this morning and put apple cider vinegar in the water, that should help in this weather.

That is why i used the Apple cider vinegar Buster, was told the water does not freeze up.

It still freezes but just not as quick ! FACT LOL

Same here, changing the water twice a day at the moment due to freezing, can't do much about what happens to it during the day though.
The wind this week has certainly highlighted a fault in my new loft, I definitely need to make some fronts up as the loft faces East and these winds have been whipping right through it. I don't mind it being cold or even having a bit of rain getting in but these cold East winds won't do the birds much good.
