Same here, changing the water twice a day at the moment due to freezing, can't do much about what happens to it during the day though.
The wind this week has certainly highlighted a fault in my new loft, I definitely need to make some fronts up as the loft faces East and these winds have been whipping right through it. I don't mind it being cold or even having a bit of rain getting in but these cold East winds won't do the birds much good.
