Sorry Stew, hope you still enjoy seeing the progress of all the others. You can always try again next year lol.

I have had 2 more back today. Both a bit tiered but otherwise fine.

Hoping to get one more trainer in early next week then basketing Thursday morning for the Guernsey race next Saturday 18th. I think they are ready and looking forward to racing them now.

Good to hear a couple more have turned in, still time for the others.
Hope all goes well next week and look forward to seeing how they fair in their first race, will be an exciting weekend.

Good Morning everyone. Andy persuaded me to join this site; so here i am.

Like him, i'm distance minded out to Barcelona. My young birds will be having their first race next week from Guernsey with the BICC. They have been trained west to Selsey Bill & east to Eastbourne. I want my birds to aim for this catchment area rather than fly dead time.

I've have birds from N Black & Son(NI) & John & Ben Kays Bristol. All are distance blood, so i have at least one foot on the rung, just need to climb the ladder in the future.
