It rained all through Friday night and into early Saturday morning but then brightened up into the nicest day we had in a long, long time and I got a good lot done in the loft and garden. Today is beautiful, the car was covered in frost but it cleared off quickly once the sun came up. The sea is as calm as a village pond and the dogs had a ball down at the shore line. The three main rivers here, Liffey, Dodder and Tolka are still fairly swollen and in full flow so it will be a while before the water table drops to allow the ground to dry out. Tragic times for the families on both sides of the Irish Sea who have lost loved ones, our hearts go out to them.
Aim for the Moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars.

sun is out its like a summers day, once frost had gone, lets hope stays this way for the foreseeable and give the land a chance to drain off a bit

Same here Buster. By recent standards the last four days have been pretty good. The loft also is starting to come around and it is as busy as a bee hive with all the cocks now driving hard. Better days ahead for us all hopefully.
Aim for the Moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars.
