Made £53.01... minus the half (i think its half) the RPRA keep for grassroots. Not bad, still a bargain in my opinion, good distance blood for someone though and its great news she has a new home.

It would have been nice, I reckon they got a bargain! To be honest I got more the last time I entered, I dunno how the auction went on the whole this time, but such is life.

Quite agree mate, especially when you see what ridiculous prices people will pay for birds these days.
That's the thing. I thought the parents were a bargain. I think they cost me 500 or more all in. but people will only pay about 10% of what you spent. In the end had to give the parents away... At least they will do the new owner some good hopefully. Sometimes I guess there is a big difference between worth and value... and you just have to hope your on the right side at the end. 🙂
