So reports from my mate in Germany. every young bird is given a Spartrix tablet while in the nest. Also after being weaned., he also uses Entrobac from Rohnfried in the water to strengthen them of the immune system.

He uses the RP Rotavirius vaccine on the youngsters. He also injects his breeding hens with Rotavirus vaccine injection before breeding, This giving 30% protection through the eggs.

Chriistoph orders 1 ton of food from his corn store.

Thanks Devo, some good/interesting information there 👍😁
Yes Vanrobaeys is a decent feed and that does look an interesting mix, there is a lot of small seed there, it looks more like a trapping/conditioning mix !!!

I like it, not too many peas or too much maize. Perfect for young birds.
As Ad Schearlaeckens says, peas are great for young birds, especially if you want them to have blue flesh and be slow in the races :D

Thanks for that Devo 👍
As you say, unless you are a trained nutritionist all these various feeds are a real mine field these days and to be honest I don't think so many choices does anyone any favours and is potentially harmful to the sport due to the cost of them !!!

It's always difficult to see exactly what smaller seeds are in these mixes, personally for me there is too much maize but I know others will say the opposite lol.
