If it is they are breaking their own rules. The only way they could enforce this change for this year would be if they deleted rule 37 at the AGM.

Have just read on RPRA site £17 for this year

Membership of the RPRA runs from 1st March in any year to the last day of the following February, and a fresh subscription is due each membership year. The annual subscription for 2024-25 is £15 plus a £2 insurance premium as an individual member.

Below you can download an application form which will enable you to become an individual member. You should complete the form and forward together with a postal order/cheque to the value of £17.00 per person together with an S.A.E. to your local Region Secretary (not to the RPRA Headquarters).

I still don’t think this applies to this year. On chat someone is saying that rule 147 invokes any rule. This only applies to standard rules and not the main rules.

👍😁 I did ask our club treasurer yesterday as I took my ring list and clock round to him for its annual update, he hadn't heard anything yet but did say he'd never be surprised lol !!
