A pearl eye. The inner circle is quite wide with an area of dark shading between 2 o’clock and 8 o’clock. It is a bit elongated. The iris is rather pale but well broken. I think with the right pairing it could be a useful eye. The strange thing is with these photos is that the eyes shown on their own show little resemblance to the ones on the pigeon itself.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
Yes guys i would say there was a good deal of money spent on this bird, I feel its the case of finding a good partner for pairing..I feel some speed would be ideal. This is my good mate Rudy, brings back so many good memories of the sport.
