That all sounds a bit suspect mate, I'm afraid this could become more common place as more organisations start running OLRs as just money making ventures !! As with all things makes it harder for those trying to run them legitimately.

owner been missing 3 weeks not loft when 50 birds arrived from final doing 1800y/m in a head wind transporter not taxed for 18 months also has birds in for winter racing
