A yearly budget cost.

Talk about anything racing pigeon related here aslong as there isnt a section for it.

That sounds a great club to be in and good the way everyone chips in, that wouldn't work over here sadly as many don't even want to help load the transporter or chip in with anything
I also agree with training especially young birds, fuel prices here have started rising rapidly again even though cost of crude has fallen

All sounds good Murray. As long as the club is on a financial even keel there is no need to have hundreds tied up in a club bank account. I’m surprised you mention VAT on pigeon corn. There is no VAT on any corn for pigeons or poultry over here. The VAT side is a minefield for us. Basically anything that we can eat doesn’t have VAT applied to it. ie rabbit feed, poultry feed. Wild animal feed is exempt as is dog food with working dog written on it. All accessories are VAT able.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.
