few pairs and the eyes

The hens eye is far superior to the cocks for breeding. She has a similar deep and full inner circle. Which is well serrated. She has much more room in the eye with the iris being not as strong. There is a lot of graining also in the circle of colouration. This is when I think that breeding from winners isn’t always the best way to improve a family. I have often found that my best breeders aren’t always the best of racers. You need to know your family of pigeons though and have a good base to it. I think this is why a lot of fanciers have a couple of good years but are then continually buying in new stock. They might have good racers but they don’t know how to breed them.
Back just enjoying club racing for the time being.

had 3 daughters off them Andy bred nothing moved 2 off them on kept one hen back

I think he's a cracking looking bird George again I think it's a good distance eye and should compliment your hen nicely.
I also really like the blue tic eyed hen, do you know if she did anything ???
Is the pair still together or have you tried them with other partners ???
