Sounds like we are all in for a rough few days. Forecasting the strongest winds for 30 years. Sound like it’s going to be a reasonable day tomorrow but the storms are due to come in from tomorrow night.
Hope all our members keep safe.

I know it’s been bad in places today. It’s been gusty here but not to bad. Friday looks the worst day at present.

Storm Eunice is on its way. We have been placed on a red warning and all the schools here have been closed. With winds forecast to exceed 90mph. Stay safe all.

Still very strong here. Spoke with my brother in Bude, Cornwall. A large tree in the middle of town has come down. The side of one house has blown out and parts of the leisure centre roof have come off. Trev is trying to secure his pigeon loft roof as part of that is coming off.

my son just rang to say someone had left there window open and it was now in his garden

122 mph winds recorded on the Isle of White. The spire of Wells cathedral near to us has come crashing down.
